In this role, you’ll work closely with a well-established client, supporting the execution of live marketing campaigns and helping to ensure outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaign tasks while contributing to team goals

• Act as a liaison between clients and customers , ensuring smooth communication

• Assist in achieving fundraising and promotional goals for active campaigns

• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company objectives

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and thoughtful solutions

• Track customer feedback and campaign results accurately

• Provide regular updates and insights to the Managing Director

• Continue developing strong communication and customer service skills
