In this role, you’ll work closely with a well-established client, supporting the execution of live marketing campaigns and helping to ensure outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.
Manage day-to-day campaign tasks while contributing to team goals
Act as a liaison between clients and customers , ensuring smooth communication
Assist in achieving fundraising and promotional goals for active campaigns
Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company objectives
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and thoughtful solutions
Track customer feedback and campaign results accurately
Provide regular updates and insights to the Managing Director
Continue developing strong communication and customer service skills
Genuine interest in marketing , events , sales , or customer service
No experience required — we provide full, hands-on training
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable in a fast-paced , team-focused environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
