Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 Annually
Location: Remote (home-based) in Indiana | Indiana and Michigan territory
Ozinga is expanding its cementitious materials offering. In June 2025, Ozinga broke ground on what will be North America's largest low-carbon cement facility in East Chicago, IN. This facility will produce low-carbon cementitious materials, including slag cement and CarbonSense™ performance blends, to meet growing demand for sustainable concrete.
About the Role
Lead cementitious materials sales across Indiana and Michigan. You will own a defined territory, strengthen and grow concrete producer and contractor relationships, and develop new accounts within the territory.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, bringing market insight and technical support to help customers meet performance and sustainable construction goals. Success means increasing volume and share, protecting margin, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
You will report to the VP, Technical Sales and work closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams to align supply, quality, and delivery.
