**Job Title: Welder - Day Shift** **Job Description** + Fast-paced, growth-oriented precision metal fabrication company specializing in stainless steel and nickel alloy vessels. + We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. + The ideal candidate will have experience in GMAW, FCAW, and be capable of taking jobs from start to finish-including fitting, welding, and polishing + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately + Fit and weld small to large assemblies with precision **Responsibilities** + Perform welding tasks using MIG techniques with .035 wire. + Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts. + Work with mild steel in various welding positions. + Engage in materials handling as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with mild steel projects. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with TIG welding. + Capability in fabrication and fitting tasks. + Familiarity with flux core welding. **Why Work Here?** + We offer a competitive compensation package that includes above-market pay for skilled welders, depending on the results of a weld test and experience. + Enjoy a fast-paced work environment with a plethora of projects and parts moving through the shop weekly. + Our comprehensive benefits package is competitive within the industry, with 75% of costs covered. **Work Environment** + Work in a clean welding, machine, and paint shop with over 100 employees. + Our facility produces products for diverse industries, including automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, and heavy equipment. + The vibrant and bustling work environment is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
