Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting data enrichment tasks for a healthcare client, upholding high standards of quality in your work while contributing to our quality control processes.

What You Will Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases for accurate cross-checking.
Review and complete enrichment tasks as outlined in your training.
Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work with both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage process and information changes effectively.
Ability to work independently while also being an active and collaborative team member.
Comfortable with a work-from-home setup, including having a stable internet connection.
Computer-savvy individuals are preferred.
Pay Rate: $16 USD/hour
