This role is designed for individuals who are driven, passionate, and goal-oriented, looking for an opportunity in a  fast-paced insurance environment . As a Producer with AIL, you will be guiding clients through their personal insurance needs, educating them on available policies, and closing sales. Unlike traditional insurance companies, AIL offers  no-cost leads , immediate commission payouts, and ongoing  sales coaching . Daily Responsibilities :

• Sales Philosophy : Embrace and apply the AIL Sales Philosophy while consistently hitting  monthly sales goals .
• Lead Conversion : Convert  incoming prospects into long-term, multi-line clients.
• Follow-Up : Maximize every opportunity by handling  leads promptly and following up effectively.
• Client Workflow : Keep track of client interactions and progress according to company standards.
• Learning & Growth : Continuously learn the ins and outs of AIL’s  insurance policies (no prior knowledge is required).
• Team Player : Maintain a  positive attitude , work well with team members, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Position Details :

• Job Type : Full-time
• Compensation : Commission-based pay,  bonuses , and  residuals (earning potential increases with performance).
• Work Environment : This is a  remote position where you will work from home, using technology to engage with clients and manage your business.

Job Requirements :

• Drive and Motivation : A strong desire to hit goals and excel in a sales-driven role.
• Life & Health Insurance License : You must have or be willing to obtain a  Life & Health Insurance license (training available if you don’t already have one).
• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to connect with clients, educate them on their options, and close sales.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, and virtual platforms to manage leads and client communications.
