Job Title: Technical Product Owner (5 Years of Experience)

Location: Remote (Continental US)

Need someone to work on w2 only

Must have Healthcare project experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams by managing the product backlog, defining technical requirements, and overseeing the product's delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and actionable, technical tasks.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation.
• Prioritize features based on business value and technical constraints.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria; groom the backlog together with the development team.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Guide the technical direction of the project, ensuring the product meets technical standards, managing technical debt, and helping resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance, facilitate clear communication, and accept completed user stories.
• Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from initial planning through release and beyond.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product-related decisions, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and changes.
• Participate in release planning and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a closely related technical role.
• Proven experience bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Experience defining technical requirements and managing backlogs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage technical debt and prioritize tasks based on business value and technical needs.
