Caregiver for Elderly, overnight shifts (CNA or HCA) Spokane Valley, WA and South Hill, Spokane, WA At Generations Home Care, we love what we do and the people we work with and around. We are passionate about serving the community of Northeastern Washington and are currently looking for individuals who desire to make a difference through compassion and attentive care. Experience in home care preferred, but we will train the right person with a heart to help others! We are currently seeking great caregivers in the Spokane Valley and South Hill area. Benefits * Wage increases $4.00 per hour when working a short shift (less than a 4-hour shift) * Caregiver is paid $35.00 for working a 1-hour shift * Paid Sick Time * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Exceptional Office Support * Earn points and turn them into cash bonuses * Client and Caregiver Referral Bonus * Same Day Pay Access * Caregiver Appreciation Gift Card Drawings * 401-K Responsibilities include helping seniors in their own homes with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, ambulation, eating, meal preparation, companionship, errands, and more. Base Pay Is $19-$23/hour based on certification and experience.
