Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting patients by addressing inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience. This is a remote position, available for residents of Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, or Missouri.

What You'll Do:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing timely assistance to patients.
Identify customer needs, researching and offering solutions or alternatives.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by going the extra mile to meet their needs.
Meet personal and team performance targets.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a call center environment (previous remote work experience is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
A passion for helping others and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
Must be available to work one weekend day each week.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn!

Additional Information:

Pay Rate: $19.33 per hour.
Various shift schedules available to provide flexibility.
