Job Description

Produce high-quality renders and key art utilizing a variety of techniques.

Utilize professional skills in creating and compositing with a deep understanding of shape language, anatomy, exactness, proportion, symmetry and hair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Initiate concepts and develop the best assets possible.

-Take responsibility for projects and work closely with the director to realize a specific vision.

Skills & Requirements

• Ensure all characters are visually consistent.
• Advanced in 3D character design, monster design, composition, sculpting, rigging, spline hair, weapon design, prop design and natural posing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to create 1:1 3D exactness using VFace and photogrammetry through instructional mood boards.
• Ability to take direction and feedback.
• Extensive experience with realism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Productive and timely.
• Strong artistic vision and creativity with a keen eye for detail.
• Reliable.
• Experience working with fast turnarounds and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure (required)
• Strong work ethic.
• Commitment to the project.
• Portfolio with relevant experience.
• Document and NDA agreement.

Web design primarily working with Adobe Flash.

Requirements:

- Proficient in Adobe Animate or Adobe Flash CS6 working with .FLA and .SWF content.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Strong composition detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Productive and timely.

- Attention to detail to retain original aesthetic and quality.

- Experience working with fast turnarounds and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure (required)

- Commitment to the project.

- Web instructional document and NDA (required)
