What You'll Do

• Work within the Revenue Cycle Recovery process to recover provider overpayments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly recovery goals to unlock performance bonuses .
• Communicate with providers quickly, efficiently, and empathetically.
• Maintain accuracy while prioritizing speed to maximize recoveries.

Ideal Candidate

• Thrives in a production environment and is motivated by measurable goals.
• Works with urgency and precision to maximize recoveries.
• Enjoys a role where total income potential is tied to performance .
• Excel proficiency (you'll work with case data, tracking, and reporting)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills-you can build rapport quickly and maintain it under pressure
• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle , Medical Billing, Accounts Payable and Collections , or Overpayment Recovery is a plus-but not required.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Location: On-site in Farmers Branch, TX (100% in-person collaboration)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No weekends, evenings, or holidays!
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential to team success and achieving metrics
