Adminstrator / Supervisory Nurse Job Description:
  • Responsible for initial client evaluations in the field and client care plan development
  • Executes 30/60 day supervisory field visits in accordance with MN Board of Nursing regulations
  • Supervises caregivers in home activity in accordance with MN Board of Nursing regulations
  • Conducts re-assessments and update care plans as needed
  • Provides triage and on call support for clients when needed
  • Supports caregiver training initiatives combining traditional in service & our proprietary online Caregiver University
  • Maintain Client folders
  • MARS/TARS
  • Safety in the workplace
  • Attends weekly client review meetings
  • Report problem areas to company superiors
  • Schedule nursing clients
Education, Experience and Certifications:
  • Current MN RN license in good standing MN
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school, BSN required
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience as a RN, home care experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills.
  • Current Driver's License and Insured Automobile, ability to travel daily
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • Conveys professionalism and is comfortable interacting with clients, their families and referral sources.
  • Must be able to function with autonomously, multi-task, problem solve and make decisions on a timely basis.
  • Must be comfortable with administrative responsibilities and possess modest computer skills
Work Schedule:
  • Rotating 'after hours' and/or weekend client visits
  • Must be readily available via phone for staff/client/aide consultation
  • Office schedule to be determined by RN and President as business changes but roughly 20-40 hours in the field and 20 hours in office.
  • Rotating on call schedule for 24/7 emergency line

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
