**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Shift: 3rd Shift** **Pay: $25-28/hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This entry-level to mid-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment on the 3rd shift. **Responsibilities** + Follow the plant maintenance/PM program. + Troubleshoot drives, sensors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, power transmission, and furnace elements using multi-meters and other test equipment. + Perform reactive maintenance and preventive maintenance during downtime. + Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely. + Lift up to 40+ lbs, stand for an entire shift, and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching. **Essential Skills** + At least 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience in industrial maintenance, including power tools, drill press, lathe, milling machine, and electrical troubleshooting. + Proficiency, electronics, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding cell maintenance. + Experience with industrial oven maintenance and robotics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to troubleshoot effectively. + Understanding of sensors and industrial maintenance systems. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with a boot allowance after 90 days and company-provided PPE.
