We are expanding our back-of-house team and are seeking motivated individuals for the Prep Cook position. Experience is welcomed, but we are more than happy to train the right candidates!

Responsibilities

• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients.
• Portion and label items according to prep lists.
• Assist chefs with daily prep for sushi, grill, and hot kitchen stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of prep area and follow food safety standards.
• Support line cooks during service as needed.

Qualifications

• Kitchen or prep experience preferred, but training available.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Organized and efficient worker.
