Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging, effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will analyze training needs and design curriculum and content to produce instructional materials that support business goals and promote knowledge retention.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Receive curricula

• Build the story boards

• Ensure all course objectives are clearly identified

• Verify all course tests and functions operate properly

• Develop course content for both in-residence and distance learning as well as course maintenance and review for both in-residence and DL training courses at the undergraduate and graduate level

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Active Top Secret security clearance (We can take an active Secret clearance upon start if candidate is willing to immediately upgrade to a Top Secret)
