Field Consultant Opportunity

We're seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as independent contractors (1099) in your local area. This role can serve as a supplementary income or become your primary source of earnings.

About the Role:

As a Field Consultant, you'll be responsible for conducting on-site property surveys for high-value homes. Your tasks will include:

- Scheduling and completing surveys at your convenience
- Managing work assignments and meeting deadlines
- Taking photos, measurements, and documenting issues to report to underwriters

Our supportive Field Management team will provide the training and guidance you need to succeed.

Position Details:

- Work from your home office
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and insurance agents via phone, email, and in person
- Perform on-site and/or virtual property surveys following specific guidelines
- Document construction materials, unique features, and any hazards
- Provide detailed reports through our online system

Requirements:

- Experience in insurance adjusting, home appraisals, real estate, or construction is a plus
- Familiarity with CAD, Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, or similar software is beneficial
- Prior experience in underwriting, inspections, or loss control is desirable
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Construction knowledge and a degree are advantageous but not required
- Must have a smartphone, tablet, personal computer, reliable vehicle, auto and general liability insurance, high-speed internet, and a digital camera or smartphone with a 16mp camera or better
