As a Customer Service Specialist youll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to our clients customers. Your responsibilities will involve handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Available Shifts:

  • Flexible Scheduling (Set your own)
  • Minimum of 15 hours per week up to 40 depending on the client
  • Please note it may require weekend availability (either Saturday AND/OR Sunday)

Job Duties:

  • Taking incoming calls from clients
  • Utilizing the company database to document call information in a paperless environment
  • Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions
  • Additional support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 or 11
  • Per the client s request the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen (when applicable)
  • Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A stable work history
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
