About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule client appointments according to program guidelines.
Conduct thorough assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs.
Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide weekly individual or family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of services in our HIPAA-compliant EMR system.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Adhere to all COMAR and CARF standards in both practice and documentation.
What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in a behavioral health field (such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or a Doctorate in Psychology.
An active clinical license to practice in Maryland (e.g., LCSW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or licensed psychologist).
Proficiency with technology and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Ability to provide a PDF of your Maryland CAQH profile/application.
Current malpractice insurance.
Certification in First Aid and CPR.
Successful completion of criminal and child protective services background checks.
A valid Maryland driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
