Job Description

Are you passionate about healthcare and enjoy helping others? We're looking for friendly and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will engage with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies to provide support, education, and assistance with healthcare programs. What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to discuss healthcare benefits and available services.

Provide education on healthcare programs, helping members understand their options and take advantage of available resources.

Build meaningful relationships by listening, empathizing, and providing personalized support.

Address concerns, answer questions, and help members overcome obstacles in their healthcare journey.

Set healthcare goals with members and guide them toward achieving better health outcomes.

Manage schedules and appointments to ensure members receive timely assistance.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and service excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Strong computer skills, including data entry and screen navigation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to adhere to schedules and meet performance goals.

A quiet, professional workspace with at least two monitors (22 inches or larger) with HDMI and Display ports.
