Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Clinical Sales Representative who is passionate about building relationships with healthcare professionals and making a real impact in the medical field. This role requires someone with a strong background in clinical practice and a strategic approach to sales. What You'll Bring to the Table:
Clinical Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the operating room, representing surgical products, or working with spine and/or capital equipment.
Professional Selling Skills: A solid understanding of professional selling techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.
Clinical Acumen: Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and clinical needs, with the ability to develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Strategic Thinking: Creative and able to think outside the box to find solutions that drive growth.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with others, including surgeons and medical staff, to promote collaboration and ensure positive outcomes.
Independent Work Style: Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively, with minimal supervision.
Customer-Focused Attitude: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Home Office Efficiency: Comfort with working from a home office and managing your own tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Testing and Evaluation: Test and measure finished products, components, or devices for functionality.
Sales Growth: Implement sales strategies to expand business with new and existing endoscopic spine accounts.
Training and Support: Assist with training workshops for surgeons and offer support in clinical settings, ensuring they become proficient with products and techniques.
Case Coverage: Provide case coverage for surgeons and support evaluations, ensuring smooth transitions as new users become consistent customers.
Surgeon Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train surgeons on endoscopic systems and products, ensuring high-quality use and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with the sales and clinical education teams to share knowledge and improve surgical case experiences.
Account Management: Oversee account inventories, track progress toward quarterly goals, and review sales performance for continuous improvement.
Market Development: Help guide customers and distributors in developing the market within the assigned geography, including physician referrals and community awareness.
Other Duties: Assist with any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
