Position : Property Accountant

Working Schedule : 8a-5 or 9-6 MST

Salary Range : $1,500 - $2,500/month(the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Property Accountant to manage financial processes for a diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will bring an accounting background (not necessarily CPA-level) and possess strong technical abilities, including the ability to run reports in QuickBooks and utilize Bill.com for payment processing. This role requires excellent spoken English and effective communication skills for clear coordination with teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage property financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable.
• Run and analyze financial reports in QuickBooks.
• Process transactions and manage payments via Bill.com.
• Support audits, tax preparation, and regulatory compliance as needed.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, handling issues independently when they arise.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Property Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable 
• Background in accounting or finance; CPA not required.
• Extremely proficient with QuickBooks and experience with Bill.com.
• Strong spoken English and communication skills.
• Ability to work diligently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Located in a similar time zone to the Americas, preferably in Latin America.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
