Job Title: Bulk Sales Representative

Location: Based in California (Will travel CA, WA, AZ, and NV mainly)

We are committed to excellence and innovation in the building materials industry, and we are looking for a motivated Bulk Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Overview:

As a Bulk Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and presenting our prodcts to precast companies.

• You will build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies, ensuring they have the necessary materials to complete their projects efficiently and effectively.
• This role requires travel across the specified states to meet clients, conduct presentations, and close sales.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and architects.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our precast building materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Able to attend trade shows

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong understanding ready mix concrete, shotcrete, precast, mortar, plaster, stucco
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within California, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada.
• Valid driver's license

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
