RESUMEN DE TRABAJO:
Un asistente administrativo/oficina proporciona tareas administrativas que incluyen contestar el telfono, triturar papeles, archivar, ingresar facturas, mantener censos de pacientes/clientes/proveedores. RESPONSABILIDADES:

3. Acta como consultor de otro/a personal de la Agencia.
4. Participa en la coordinacin de los servicios de la Agencia con los servicios de otros recursos de la comunidad; y otro personal de agencia contratado.
5. Observa la confidencialidad y salvaguarda toda la informacin del paciente.
6. Sirve como persona de recursos para empleados, pacientes, mdicos y otros proveedores de atencin mdica aliados.

10. Desarrolla una relacin de cooperacin y se comunica de manera efectiva y profesional con todo el personal y el personal interinstitucional.

AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO:
Trabaja en interiores en la oficina de la Agencia y en los hogares de los pacientes y viaja hacia y desde los hogares de los pacientes.

Es posible que se requiera un levantamiento ligero (de vaco, paquetes del correo de los EE. UU.)
Capacidad para trabajar durante un perodo prolongado de tiempo mientras est sentado.
Se ofrece seguro Mdico, Dental y ptico con el 1er da de trabajo.
Se requiere vacunacin contra COVID junto con pruebas de PCR aleatorias segn se solicite para disminuir la exposicin al riesgo.
El empleo en un contratista privado es una opcin: la tarifa de pago aumentar a $ 14.00 por hora.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Clerical/Administrative Assistant provides clerical duties which include, answering the phone, shredding papers, filing, entering billing, maintaining patient/client/vendor censuses. The administrative assistant duties include submitting billing, managing and maintaining the light bookkeeping, managing the operational expenses of the business which including picking up mail and banking services for the businesses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

PREFERRED: A person who has an Associates Degree in Business Administration with 5-10 years of experience or Organizational Management, Business Administration, accredited college or university or certificate program. And someone who is Bi-lingual fluent in Spanish and English

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Understands and adheres to established Agency policies/procedures.

5.Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient information.

12.Maintains current knowledge of Medicare Conditions and Centers for Medicare policies.
13.Immediately reports any accident, incident, lost articles or unusual occurrence to Director.
14.Participates in services and/or continuing education programs and training.
15.Participates in patient care conferences when necessary.
16.Maintains contact with community support groups and provides professional expertise as required.
17.Plans/coordinates all social services within the Agency (assigning cases and submitting billing.

20.Assists other team members in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to their jobs.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Works indoors in Agency office and patient homes and travels to/from patient homes.

Low Risk-(all clients are seen on a virtual basis, only staff are in the office due to COVID-19) . This may change at the conclusion of the pandemic

LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary:
Ability to do light clean up (change trash, vacuum, clean therapy rooms, participate in physical activity and to do bending, lifting and/or standing on a regular basis.
Light lifting may be required (of vacuum, packages from U.S. mail)
Ability to work for extended period of time while sitting.

Medical, Dental and Optical insurance is offered with the 1st day of the job.

COVID-Vaccination Required along with random PCR-Testing as requested to decrease risk exposure.

Employment at a private Contractor is an option: Pay rate will increase to $14.00 per hour.
