The Role:

Salary: $3,000 – $3,800 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The right candidate will have experience in affiliate program management, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s affiliate marketing program.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
• Create and execute affiliate campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reporting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
