Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging individualized travel itineraries or vacation packages
• Identifying customer needs and preferences including schedules, costs payment plans
• Booking reservations for transportation (flights/rental cars), hotels/resorts and special events
• Providing proper documentation to clients such as authorization forms, flight tickets, theme park tickets.
• Making alternative arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip

Requirements:

• Must have a personal computer or cell phone.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Strong self-motivation is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
