Job Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Manager will oversee and manage all inventory control-related activities within the warehouse. The primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to streamline inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management:

• Create and implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Perform regular physical courts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies between physical stocks and system records by overseeing stock levels to achieve efficient inventory turnover

1. System Management:

• Utilize inventory management software and systems to monitor inventory levels, shipments and receipts 
• Identify and apply process improvements to improve efficiency and precision in inventory management
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures for inventory control and warehouse operations

1. Coordination:

• Collaborate with other departments including procurement and sales, to ensure seamless inventory follow and fulfillment
• Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and uphold warehouse safety
• In charge of addressing and resolving inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and other related issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience (+3 years) in inventory management or warehouse operations
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to details to ensure precise inventory tracking

Preferred skill

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management software and systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance with warehouse safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite including Excel, Word, etc
