Job Description

The Volunteer & Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing TeamSmile’s Mission by overseeing volunteer communication, recruitment, and relationship building across the various communities that TeamSmile serves. This position helps manage the volunteer database, serves as the primary liaison to dental and hygiene associations, and collaborates closely with partner organizations to ensure strong volunteer participation at every TeamSmile program. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about service.

This role will provide the opportunity to work with an organization built on the passion for serving children in need throughout our country and will have the opportunity to visit stadiums and arenas all over the country. The TeamSmile office is in Riverside, MO, and the expectation is to be available for office work when needed. This role is expected to attend approximately 50% of TeamSmile’s annual programming; therefore, travel is required.
