Position: Voice Data Entry Agent

Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where you will play a vital role in supporting data enrichment tasks for our valued clients. We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality work standards, and your contributions will be essential to our quality control process.

What You'll Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed, ensuring a professional interaction.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer service excellence.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to ensure accuracy.
Review and complete enrichment tasks as outlined and trained by our clients.
Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, and follow up with various state boards for certification statuses.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks.
Be open to performing additional duties and tasks as required.
Compensation: $16 USD per hour

Qualifications:

Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating the ability to work with evolving processes and information.
Capable of working independently or as an engaged team member.
Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection.
Computer-savvy candidates are preferred.
