The Role

Job Location: Vietnam

Responsibilities:

1. Visa Application Processing:

• Review and verify documents for Australian & Vietnamese students visa and education applications.
• Ensure all submissions comply with the visa requirements and deadlines.
• Handle and process various types of Australian visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness to avoid rejection.

2. Client Consulting & Support:

• Communicate with clients via email and phone to collect necessary documents and information.
• Provide updates to clients on the progress of their applications.
• Follow up with clients and educational institutions for pending documents or payments.
• Send reminders to clients about key deadlines.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa application, Ensure timely submission of necessary documents.

3. Documentation Management:

• Draft, organize, and upload all required documents to relevant platforms.
• Maintain a secure and structured filing system for all applications.
• Identify errors in submitted applications or documentation and correct them efficiently before submission.
• Ensure all documents adhere to legal standards.

4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct a thorough quality check of all applications to ensure compliance with Australian immigration laws and guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies or missing documents and rectify them proactively.
• Ensure meticulous attention to details in all aspects of work, from document preparation to case management.

5. Reporting:

• Provide regular status updates to the team and management.
• Prepare reports on completed applications, pending tasks, and issues faced.

6. Confidentiality and Security:

• Ensure the confidentiality of client data and adhere to strict data security protocols.
• Follow company policies to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Experience : at least 2 years.
• Should have deep knowledge of processing of Australian Visas.
• Fluent in Vietnamese is preferrable.
• English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent, with strong reading and writing skills
• Personal traits: Diligent, eager to learn, responsible, and meticulous
• Commitment: Long-term
• Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and adhering to strict timelines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Effective collaboration with team members and external institutions.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new systems, policies, and procedures.
