We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and growing team! Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Scheduling: Manage client calendars and appointments, ensuring all meetings and events are organized and prioritized effectively.
Travel Coordination: Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries.
Social Media Management: Assist with content creation, management, and engagement on various platforms to maintain a strong online presence for clients.
Presentation Creation: Design professional PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they align with client needs and branding.
Invoicing & Payments: Manage invoicing processes, ensure payments are processed, and prepare accurate expense reports.
Client Support: Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and planning events, both virtual and in-person, as needed.
Email Management: Organize and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring that urgent messages are handled promptly and others are kept in order.
Document Management: Help create, organize, and maintain procedural documents, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Newsletter Management: Organize and distribute newsletters to clients and contacts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Ability to visualize and create structured processes from complex or disorganized tasks.
High proficiency with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace, MS Office 365, and project management software.
Comfortable using video conferencing tools and a professional virtual communication setup.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
A fully equipped home office, including:
A computer with MS Office 365
High-speed internet
A smartphone with email capability
A webcam for virtual meetings
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Additional Notes:

This is a 1099 contractor role, and you must be available during standard business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
This role cannot be combined with a full-time job, as it requires a dedicated focus during working hours.
A background check will be required prior to contracting.
