Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to provide virtual services to young learners in Colorado. This 1099 contract position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students who require specialized support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality virtual instruction and support to early childhood students with special needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique goals and needs.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure continuous student progress and success.
Utilize engaging, developmentally appropriate strategies and digital tools to enhance learning in a virtual environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Attend virtual meetings and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid Colorado teaching license with an Early Childhood Special Education endorsement.
Proven experience working with early childhood students with special needs.
Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and technology.
