Job Title : Ads Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

Working Hours: 8am-5pm EST

Salary Range: $1,200 - $1,300 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

The Opportunity:

Join our team to develop and grow book sales for our publishing company. This role will primarily focus on assisting the client on Amazon but will also potentially involve enhancing existing channels (like Apple, Barnes and Noble, and Google Play) and discovering new opportunities.

Job Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will support the client in various tasks related to Amazon, omni-channel development, and marketing. Your knowledge in book publishing and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok will be essential in helping the client achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing Amazon detail pages and SEO.
• Support omni-channel development and marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide assistance in book publishing processes, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Potential to collaborate on advertising strategies across platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

What you’re day-to-day looks like:

You will primarily assist in handling Amazon ads data, sales data, and creating cases with Amazon.

• Amazon detail page maintenance and SEO
• Keyword research
• Other online channels, including iTunes, Barnes & Noble, Google Play, Walmart, and Target
• Help implement social media and influencer marketing strategies
• Managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, Bing, and more
• Collaborating with vendors/agencies to maximize revenue growth while ensuring profitability
• Providing regular reports and statistics on marketing KPIs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
• Assisting in creating marketing assets (with designers, copywriters, and developers) for emails, ads, sales pages, and landing pages
• Contributing to the production of new books and updates (spot-check formatting, design, and links)
• Enhancing our presence on BookBub and Goodreads by increasing followings, submitting for BookBub Deals, coordinating giveaways, and more

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in using google tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data visualization
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while remaining motivated for growth

Ideal Candidate Skills:

• Experience with Amazon is a plus
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO and ads.
• Knowledge in omni-channel marketing development.
• Familiarity with book publishing processes.
• Proficiency in advertising on social media platforms, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
