Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive appointments and calendars.
Organize and manage emails.
Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
Handle social media management.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Available daily (Monday to Friday) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
Experience in an administrative support role.
A dedicated home office with a Mac or PC (including webcam) featuring a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB of RAM, and the latest version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Smartphone with email capabilities.

Additional Information:
This position is a 1099 contractor role.
Compensation ranges from $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payments are made monthly based on contracted hours; hours and clients are not guaranteed.
