Job Description

Job: Video Producer/Editor ("Preditor").
Location : Alpharetta, GA | Full-Time.
Company : Optimum Productions.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile Producer/Editor ("Preditor") who thrives in both pre-production and post-production. You’ll produce, write, direct, and edit video projects under the direction of our Director of Video working closely together to ensure creative alignment and high-quality execution.

This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience looking to grow professionally—honing their craft while learning the business side of video production, including direct client interaction.

About You:

You’re a versatile and motivated video professional who’s ready for the next step in your career. Maybe you’ve been the one-person video team at a small business, juggling everything from pre-production to editing on your own. Or perhaps you’ve been navigating the highs and lows of freelance work and are craving more stability, consistency, and the chance to work on bigger projects.

You could also be coming from another video agency, where you’ve built up solid experience and are now ready for more creative ownership, opportunities to grow, and the chance to work with a collaborative team.

Most importantly, you thrive in a team setting, take creative direction well, and enjoy being part of a creative process—not just completing tasks, but helping elevate the whole project. You’re open to feedback, proactive in communication, and willing to collaborate with others to produce the best possible outcome.

At your core, you’re a problem solver—someone who thrives on finding creative solutions to challenges. You get a thrill out of using your talents to help businesses tell their story, solve their problems, and ultimately achieve real results. Whether it’s producing, shooting, directing, or editing, you take pride in delivering polished, impactful work that makes a difference.

You’re eager to keep honing your skills, learning the business side of video production, and partnering with clients who value your expertise. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you and see how you can help us create awesome videos that move the needle for our clients.

If you’re excited about bringing stories to life, delivering exceptional videos for B2B clients, and taking on creative challenges, this role is for you. Travel is required for some projects, and all travel costs are covered.
