Job Summary:
The Trust Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in administering investment management accounts, trusts, conservatorships, estates, financial plans, and other services in compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. This position involves:
Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring a positive member service experience, both internally and externally.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and completing assigned duties with a teamwork mindset.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of member information.
Supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Representing a professional image that reflects positively on the organization.
Managing a portfolio of Trust Services within assigned markets, including account openings, sales, documentation processing, and other client service needs.
Initiating business development activities by establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential members.
Conducting comprehensive financial analyses to help clients identify and achieve their financial goals.
Building long-term advisory relationships with clients and promoting cross-selling opportunities for relevant products and services.
Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Meeting attendance standards and providing oversight and coordination within the team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; JD, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.
Minimum seven years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to travel as needed.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and legal documents.
Effective communication skills for presenting information to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Senior Vice President/Wealth Management.
