Solution IT Inc. is looking for a UI/UX Designer Remote one of its clients in Remote (EST/CST)

Job Title: UI/UX Designer - Remote

Job Responsibilities

Description:

The UI/UX Designer, as part of optimizing operational efficiencies of supply chain business processes through the agile and innovative uses of technology to enable control, insight, and rapid decision making. You will use your exemplary analytical and documentation experience and subject matter expertise in business analysis to make enhancements to our existing processes with key functional departments and across customer journeys. You will support the optimization of supply chain business processes to improve operational improvements with user friendly interfaces and intuitive designs. By driving adoption and user engagement and satisfaction across multiple roles, you will enable the department focus of developing and implementing operational excellence strategies that will modernize the Supply Chain organization of the future by improving communication, data synergy, and streamlining process for automation.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in developing intuitive UI to provide enhanced site function and smooth user experience, with graphic user interface elements, like menus, build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Strong business acumen to gather and communicate by illustrative designs using process maps, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and documentation to support process analysis and improvement efforts
• Create mockups and prototypes to convey site functions and follow corporate standards on font, colors, and align with other related corporate applications, and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Embrace and champion change by identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness), and conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work to deliver your best, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and evaluation business process improvements to analyze user experience from end-to-end business processes perspective within the supply chain

• Meaning to user experience and efficient operational controls. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You support the monitoring and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process improvements

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of related experience creating and improving UX design, enabling process improvement, technology implementation initiatives or equivalent experience in management consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in user experience design or related field
• Excellent proactive communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex processes clearly
• Experience evaluating business opportunities and quantifying benefits and building process key performance indicators to for effective before-after comparisons
• Comfortable working with business, product teams to discuss requirements
• Proven ability to curate and organize design documentation to be readily shared with team members
• Ability to generate design mockups and other visual aid to quickly communicate business and data requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of enterprise supply chain management best practices and industry trends, with experience in business, commerce, finance, operations, etc.

Work Site : Remote (EST/CST only Needs to work in EST)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract
