Job Description

Our client is a product development company seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join their remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating user-centered designs that solve real problems and deliver seamless experiences.

You'll lead design projects from research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes, working closely with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Design high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and priorities
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Present design decisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback
  • Continuously iterate based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
  • Expert proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design systems
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts and handoff workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
