Job Description

Are you a luxury travel industry expert for both personal and business travel with repeat clientele? Our client, a premier service provider for both the executive business community as well as the premier private traveler, offering unparalleled five-star service, personal attention and 24/7 white glove customer support is seeking a Travel Consultant. This person will be responsible for arranging domestic and international travel with a knowledge of cultural and geographic locations working with suppliers and VIP clients while maintaining a high-quality service that represents the company’s core mission of values and brand.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of client service experience within the travel industry
Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry including commercial airlines, hotel management, and vendors such as Expedia, TripAdvisor, Hotels.com etc.
Knowledge of travel technology platforms such as Sabre GDS and Virtuoso
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good at problem solving, excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work independently with cross functional teams.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality of all client and customer information.
Must have existing book of business
Ability to travel to Ocean County New Jersey .
