Job Description

We are looking for individuals with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for clients. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and loyal clientele.

Responsibilities:

Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
Correspond with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications, (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers
Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment
Deal with occurring travel problems complaints or resolve any issue that may arise
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Requirements:

Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
Willingness to learn
Demonstrate ability to handle crisis
