About The Role:
As a CBRE Transaction Management Associate, you will guide the team responsible for more client listings and voucher processing for single or multiple offices.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Specialist position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Transaction Specialist position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
