Are you a motivated team player with excellent customer
service skills? Join Yardi’s Cash Operations Team as a Transaction Processing
Specialist! In this role, you will monitor bank account setups for accuracy,
handle bank transfers, and resolve payment issues by collaborating with clients
and banks. You’ll update account data, respond to customer inquiries, and
provide status updates on electronic payments. If you're proactive,
detail-oriented, and eager to tackle challenges, this is a great opportunity to

What You’ll Do:

·

Monitor bank account set ups for accuracy and
work with banks and clients to resolve issues

·

Monitors bank transfers and payments and
identify and research issues

·

Update new account data and payment data as
needed to resolve exceptions in the processing system

·

Use your strong customer service skills to
respond to customer inquiries and provides status updates on electronic
payments via the customer’s preferred method of communication

·

Be responsive and timely with request and
inquiries

·

Review processing exceptions and determines
steps for resolution

·

Escalates issues to Senior Transaction
Processing Specialist, Payment Solutions Analyst, and/or department management
in a timely manner

·

Drive to learn and meet challenges head on

·

Strong oral, written and interpersonal
communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out
instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand procedures,
write reports and correspondence.

Who You Are:

·

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

·

1+ year of experience in banking, data
processing and accounting

·

Awesome written and verbal communication skills

·

Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to
go the extra mile

·

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to
prioritize effectively

·

Great people skills and the ability to be
personable and professional

Ideal to Have:

·

Banking background or similar work experience is
preferred

·

Strong knowledge of standard computer
applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

·

Knowledge of payment transmission methods
(NACHA\ICL file format)

·

Assist
both Internal and External clients with ACH questions and research

·

Comfortable working with file transmission
protocols such as SFTP with SSH authentication or PGP
