What’s a typical day as a Training Coordinator/Leader? You’ll be:

• Collecting and analyzing data to identify training needs

• Designing, developing, and implementing training programs

• Coordinating the selection of Training Champions and Process Trainers

• Developing manufacturing training curriculum and facilitating "train the trainer" classes

• Conducting training assessments and surveys to measure program effectiveness

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Have 5+ years of experience in developing programs in the Technology, Aerospace, Military, and ITAR industry

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
