**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** This position is akin to a shop helper role, entailing a variety of tasks such as operating CNC Routers or Zund machines, assembling displays and signs, cutting signs, taping boxes, building pallets, and gluing signs together. The company specializes in creating interior displays and signs for clients across Minnesota and the country, including high-profile entities such as the Minnesota Vikings Training Center and the Mall of America. The role requires adaptability and the ability to operate computer-controlled machines, as projects vary greatly based on customer requests. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC Router and Zund machines. + Assemble displays and signs. + Cut signs and tape boxes. + Build pallets and glue signs together. + Wrap vehicles with vinyl/graphics. + Install graphics on walls and create event displays. + Collaborate with the team to solve problems and execute projects. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. + Experience with assembly and fabrication. + Understanding of blueprints and mechanical systems. + General labor skills and a strong mechanical aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with CNC Routing machines. + Experience in the interior signage industry is a plus. + Ability to use tools such as levels, screwdrivers, drills, and hammers. + Experience with graphic installation on walls and vehicles. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a positive, family-like company culture that supports career advancement through tuition assistance.
