Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $40,000- $55,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Team Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our National Provider sales and relationship management teams. You’ll help keep things moving forward by providing administrative support, coordinating external partnerships and ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 1+ year of experience in an administrative role supporting a team or equivalent.
• You have strong experience with Outlook calendar management.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have experience creating and customizing Keynote or PowerPoint presentations.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a variety of tasks.
• You are detail-oriented and love keeping things organized.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Partnering with the sales and relationship management teams to streamline processes and support business priorities
• Coordinating external partner visits and handling key client milestones and events
• Managing multiple busy calendars and coordinating next steps in the sales process
• Providing administrative support, including preparing meeting agendas, note-taking and customizing Keynote presentations
• Researching and mining for impactful data that helps create value to our partners
