We are looking for Carpenters with custom residential experience and:

• At least 3 years of experience in all phases of construction and carpentry
• A high level of competency in rough and/or finish carpentry
• A high degree of precision and attention to detail
• Ability to install framing, decking, cabinets, crown and base moldings, custom doors and windows, and all other finish and trim carpentry work
• A complete understanding of all construction techniques, as well as related code compliance
• Ability to read blueprints
• A complete set of carpentry tools
• A dependable, professional, and dedicated work ethic
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• At least 3 years of experience managing residential construction projects
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Ability to create project estimates, budgets, and schedules

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
