Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead our Scrum teams in driving new product development and enhancing software execution. If you're passionate about Agile methodologies and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Over 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master (Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Kanban and eXtreme Programming
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site 3 days a week and remotely 2 days a week

What You'll Do:

- Lead and support one or more Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to roles
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere that aligns with Agile principles and the Scrum Framework
- Facilitate Scrum events and guide teams in achieving their commitments, including Product Goals and Sprint Goals
- Help teams become self-managing and ensure the effectiveness of Scrum events and artifacts
- Mentor Product Owners and Product Development Managers on backlog management
- Shield developers from distractions and ensure clear communication to all relevant stakeholders
