Job Description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SQL Reporting Professional to join our data and analytics team. This role is critical in transforming raw data into actionable insights through robust reporting solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain SQL-based reports that support operational and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: + Design and develop SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports, dashboards, and data extracts. + Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting needs. + Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting platforms. + Maintain and optimize existing reports and reporting processes. + Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis for various departments. + Document report logic, data sources, and business rules. Requirements Required Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in SQL development and reporting. + Strong proficiency in T-SQL, SSRS, and SQL Server. + Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and report optimization. + Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and documentation abilities.
