• Content creation : Writing copy, blogs, and producing graphic content, vlogs, and podcasts to post on social media 
• Communication : Interacting with clients, followers, and other stakeholders in a clear and courteous manner 
• Marketing : Developing marketing strategies to convert social media users into customers and to improve a brand's image 
• Data analysis : Using data to assess how a company's social media accounts are performing 
• Campaign strategy : Developing strategies for new social media campaigns and initiatives 
• Monitoring : Monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and messages 
• Staying up to date : Keeping up with social media trends and best practices 
• Understanding the social media environment : Having a solid understanding of the online world and each social media platform 
• Teamwork : Working well with other team members, such as graphic designers and copywriters
