In this role, you'll manage top-tier creators, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior managers, contribute to the strategic direction of the team, and work closely with international colleagues. Key Responsibilities
Talent Management: Lead and expand a roster of talented digital creators, signing new talent and fostering their growth in categories like lifestyle, fashion, STEM, beauty, and food.
Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with brands and agencies to secure partnerships and brand development opportunities for your talent.
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the divisional leadership team to develop growth strategies, leveraging market insights to create innovative opportunities.
Operational Oversight: Manage contracts, oversee project timelines, and ensure smooth invoicing processes for talent projects.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior talent managers, helping them develop their skills and excel in their roles.
International Collaboration: Work closely with global offices and teams to identify and execute cross-market opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 5+ years in senior talent management, PR, or marketing roles.
Relationships: Established connections with digital talent, brands, and agencies.
Business Development: A proven ability to identify and secure opportunities for talent while driving revenue growth.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of social media trends, the creator economy, and strategies for building successful digital brands.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for team and client meetings as needed.
