Auria is looking to hire a Scrum Master to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. The primary work location can be in either Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL.
This position will perform Scrum Master duties and Agile coaching for the Command and Control for Ballistic Missile Defense (C2BMC), a SW Development team. Lead and mentor the teams on Agile processes and practices and coordinate with them and the Product Owner. Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience delivering products in short sprints. Interface with customers and use oral and written skills to develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and team members. The position will emphasize supporting the development and execution of a plan to help the transformation to Agile methodology, including developing processes, templates, artifacts, training materials, and lessons learned.

Salary Range: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($125,000 - $140,000).
