Role: Associate Principal Engineer- Senior Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Rate : $70/hr.to $78/hr. on C2C All inclusive

Working modal : 3 days/ week in office

Open to local candidates only

Duration of contract: 6 months, can be extended

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can handle a large volume of parallel projects. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working across time zones with U.S. and India teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management, ownership, technical acumen, and an ability to manage at both macro and micro levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive delivery for ~50 active projects concurrently
• Coordinate with multiple teams across geographies (US and India)
• Liaise with Finance, IT, and other departments for seamless execution
• Take full ownership of project scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
• Perform detailed micromanagement where needed to ensure delivery
• Engage with and manage communications across all stakeholder levels
• Apply AI tools to enhance productivity and project outcomes
• Provide technical oversight; understand implications of cloud and microservices architectures
• Support negotiations, prioritization, and conflict resolution across teams
• Ensure all documentation (plans, status, risks) is updated and accurate

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 10+ years of project/program management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of projects in parallel
• Strong technical background; understanding of cloud technologies, microservices, and modern software delivery models
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation platforms)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to micromanage where needed
• Self-starter who works independently and takes initiative
• Flexible to work across time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both Agile and traditional project delivery models.
